Spacewise has supplied containers for a diverse range of events, including the International Performing Arts production of Peter Pan. This marvellous production was staged both at Kensington Park Gardens and at the 02 venue in London's Docklands.
After one hundred years, Peter Pan finally returned to his birthplace, staged by an award-winning creative team and directed by Ben Harrison. Ben Harrison, a former associate director of the Ameilda theatre, is one of the worlds leading exponents of site-specific theatre. Throughout the productions duration, Spacewise provided mobile storage facilities for props, costumes, food and drink. We also supplied on-site washroom facilities that were converted from shipping containers.
The Peter Pan Experience showed at Kensington Park Gardens every day for 4 months. From May through to September, the production was based in a single location inside an auditorium that was specially erected with seating for 1,000 audience members. The production then moved to the 02 for a further two month period, during the winter. Throughout this period, Spacewise continued to seamlessly support the production, even when the storage requirements changed and additional cold storage was required.
